In collaboration with SOSTECA, Group Saltó has advanced its objectives in order to integrate its maintenance management tools into the energy management of buildings.
The FLEXEDINET project aims to achieve a 20% energy saving in the long term and a significant improvement in the effectiveness of the implementation of energy saving measures, as well as in the involvement of users, managers and maintenance personnel, through a series of ICT energy management services that provide buildings with the useful information needed to act efficiently and nimbly in the face of developments in the energy market, for the comfort and operating satisfaction of teams.
Group Saltó and SOSTECA are collaborating with CIMNE, Inergy and Enertika in the development of this innovative project for the energy sector.
The progress of the project has been very satisfactory, having identified opportunities for direct integration between some equipment and the work order management tool of the Group Saltó, SOM. This will allow interaction with the maintenance personnel of the energy installations of the buildings through the system’s mobile PPP, which will lead to significant savings through the avoidance of malfunctions.
The FLEXEDINET project has been co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is aligned with the research and innovation strategy for intelligent specialisation in Catalonia (RIS3CAT), for the period 2014-2020.
