The event brought together 80 employees and collaborators and paid tribute to the trajectory of its founder Jaume Saltó, who presented the group’s core values for the coming years.

Group Saltó, has celebrated 25 years of its history in an emotive act of recognition. The event, which took place in the emblematic Castillo de la Suda del Turó de la Seu Vella in Lleida, brought together 80 people, including employees and collaborators from all over the country.

The celebration began with a guided tour of the Seu Vella Monument which culminated in the Suda Castle, the place where the most formal part of the event began, led by Mª Josep Iñiguez, Director of the group’s Foundation.

The main focus of the activities was to foster team building and knowledge about the company’s main projects and future actions.   A TeamBuilding activity was conducted by Josep Baijet, Ceo of URock, a company in the group that focuses on improving organizations and teams. Subsequently, each business area explained the projects they are working on, including the presentation of the group’s recent Foundation, which will be the platform for carrying out actions aligned with the SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals, promoted by the United Nations, including the creation of grants to encourage the recruitment of talent or collaboration with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation.

The last speech was given by Jaume Saltó, founder and Ceo of the group, who, in an emotional account, presented the challenges that the group intends to face in the coming years, all of which are aimed at putting technology at the service of people, and thanked all those present for their involvement in the project, highlighting their key role in the company’s present and future successes. The most touching part of this intervention came at the end when the founder received surprises from the group’s employees.

Finally, Outside Suda Castle, a dinner was held with an innovative gastronomic proposal from chef Ivan Pascual, Spanish World Chocolate Master and owner of Cal Gumer Events, which presented Futropolis, a reflection on the food of the future, which captivated all those present with exquisite creations in a unique space that brought a magnificent anniversary celebration to a close.
